How to Use:
Make sure the bottle and your hands are clean.
Fill the bottle with warm (not hot) water. Screw on tightly and pull out the nozzle.
Sit comfortably on the toilet, leaning back slightly, with your legs spread apart.
Hold the bottle upside down, point the curved neck towards the perineum area and squeeze gently for a thorough cleaning.
Gently pat the area dry with a soft paper towel. Avoid rubbing to prevent irritation.
After each use, empty the bottle and clean it thoroughly according to the cleaning instructions.

Note : When turning the bottle, tilt it slowly to avoid sudden movements. A small amount of water may leak from the nozzle, which is normal.

Cleaning and Care
Before first use, disassemble the bottle and cap and soak in a non-bleach sterilizing solution for 2-3 minutes. Clean before and after each use. Use warm water and a mild, unscented soap to clean the bottle and rinse thoroughly. Avoid harsh cleaners, oils (including essential oils), or other substances that may irritate the perineum. The storage bag can be washed with your regular laundry. Dry the bottle in a well-ventilated area to prevent moisture buildup. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

– For personal hygiene reasons, DO NOT share the perineal wash bottle with others to reduce the risk of infection transmission.
– Use as needed according to personal requirements. Excessive use may disrupt the natural balance of vaginal flora.
– Always check the water temperature before use. Avoid hot or cold water, which may cause discomfort.
– If discomfort, itching or other unusual reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
