1. Delivery Terms

1.1. Goods are shipped to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
1.2 If the client desires to deliver goods to other countries, they must find a local distributor or can contact us, and we will redirect them to the local distributor.
1.3 Shipping options: Omniva and DPD parcel machine partners.
1.4 Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes up to 5 business days.
1.5 Haakaa Baltic does not process international orders.

2. Return Terms

2.1 The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product has not been used, and for sterile products, the safety seal on the packaging remains unbroken. This condition applies to products that come into direct contact with food or intimate areas, as well as products involved in processes such as breastfeeding, nasal cleaning, or manicure.
• The product packaging must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unaltered.

2.2 In the event that the product has been used, the safety seal of a sterile product has been broken, or the packaging is damaged in any way, Haakaa Baltic reserves the right to refuse the refund and will return the product to the Purchaser.
2.3 The Purchaser may exchange the product for an alternative model, size, or color, provided all the aforementioned conditions are met.
2.4 These conditions are critical due to the hygienic nature of the products, as it is essential to maintain their sterility and safety for use.
2.5 The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by Haakaa Baltic. The Purchaser must contact Haakaa Baltic within the fourteen (14) day period following receipt of the product, after which Haakaa Baltic will provide guidance on the return process, address any issues, and arrange for the return shipment.
